2020-07-11 06:34:17 +0000 UTCjust out of curiosity would it be allowed if a picture didnt win but gets sketched to be lined and colored if someone wanted to do that? ( for example: if i requested an image and it was in the poll but didnt win would you allow me to line and color it if i felt able?)
