Rainbow River

As we surrender to our highest inspiration in every now moment, we access more clarity, joy, harmony, ease, and ultimately are able to be more productive.
Today, my body keeps reminding me to pause and breathe. To feel the pleasure of the air filling my nostrils and my lungs and the stagnant energy releasing from my chest as I exhale. It feels like heaven to offer myself this space to just be here & receive all of the magic that I have been creating.
This makeup came through spontaneously after I had just moved to Santa Barbara. I remember feeling immense excitement, gratitude, & empowerment in my creation of this piece. The feeling of liberation at the recognition that I always have creativity as an outlet for my love. A means of expression that gives back to myself and my community. The more that I surrender my ego, the more available I become for my creative desires to come to life. Rather than gripping my idea of what I desire or the way that I need to show up based on the fear that it won't happen, I choose to prioritize presence & feeling my body in every now moment. This is the practice of trusting ourselves & the world around us, which allows space for our highest visions to blossom naturally.
