It is in my native language and probably won't be understood by everyone, but this report is medical proof and a medical statement confirming that he has the neurodivergence of autism and needs regular medical monitoring and treatment. He does not socialize, speak, interact like a typical child, or act like a typical child. I would never lie or make up a situation like this. My son was born prematurely, at 8 months of gestation, and has had several problems related to his physical and mental health to this day. The issue of autism is permanent, but with the appropriate treatment, he will be fine.
