🚨 System Upgrade Incoming + Blender Migration Plans 🚨

Hey all!

Just wanted to give you a quick update — I’ve got a new system on order! My current rig is over 6 years old. It still works and gets the job done (renders and all), but it's definitely time for an upgrade.

Once the new machine arrives, I'm planning to finally migrate to Blender. I’ve attempted this transition a few times in the past, but always found myself drifting back to C4D. That said, I think the time has come for a real change.

I’ll be figuring out how to get my current characters into Blender — which may take some work — but I might also experiment with some of the high-quality Blender models already out there, just to get started. We'll see how it goes once I'm up and running.

There's no official timeline at the moment. I'm waiting for NVIDIA's 5090s to hit stock before I place the final order on the new build. As soon as that happens, I’ll keep you all updated.

Important note: This won’t affect content delivery! The comics and renders will keep rolling on the current setup while I ease into the new workflow. This migration will be a slow burn, not a “stop everything and disappear while I learn Blender” situation.
