"Congrats on your 150th Chapter man, love your work a lot. It's an inspiration to those who wish to write, and those who love to read. You're one of the reasons as to why Naruto fanfiction won't die, keep up the great work and let's hope we get another 150 on top of that."

I'm glad you've been able to enjoy the fruits of my labors and I certainly hope I can inspire others to start writing. I certainly wouldn't say that I'm keeping the category alive- it was the largest, last I checked- but I also have no idea what the state of Naruto FanFiction is as I've been trying to avoid it until Sealkeeper is finished. Regardless, I'll take the compliment.
I don't know about another 150 chapters- I certainly don't think I'm up for another six years of the same story- but I hope the rest of Sealkeeper's chapters meet or exceed your expectations.
"Somewhere, Kushina fumes."
-TheGreatBubbaJ
Hmm, that brings up an interesting question. How would Kushina feel about this? Mikoto was her friend whom she's believed dead for several years now so she would be pretty happy to learn she managed to escape. When it comes to her being with Naruto I'd like to think that she'd be happy if the two of them were happy, though she might be disappointed that Mikoto had chosen her son rather than someone closer to her age.
The prospect of grandchildren might help her overlook that, though, and considering Kushina's usual backwards-ass logic she might use the fact that Naruto and Mikoto were 'together' - and any resulting children- as proof that she was still a young woman herself despite technically being a grandmother.
Or she would start pestering Naruko about not having provided her any grandchildren yet. With Kushina it's kinda hard to tell.
"This feels like the brutality of eating inoichis flesh from earlier chapters...brutal"
-firetemplar415
It's certainly a subject along the same vein, so I would hope so.
"Don't worry Anko, all you need to do is grab Mikoto, drag her away, and have some 'bonding' time. If she likes it enough she might just invite you herself in the future."
-Genesis09
Writing this in the future as I am- 152-A has just been posted for Patrons yesterday- I can say with utmost confidence both that they get some time to bond and that Anko should be very glad she didn't try to tackle that monster by herself.
"and Mikoto joins the Harem finally
also
Orochimaru knowing exactly what to say to annoy Tsunade is just precious
why would I clone you again?"
-Martin-di-Arcov
1. It's not a Harem. I will stand by that statement unto oblivion
2. Yes, he is absolutely just saying that to annoy her. He has most certainly not actually cloned her before.....you can trust me.
"Yessssss MIkoto has finally joined! Been wanting that for a quite a while now glad to see it! Shall eagerly await the next installment of this story."
-Itachidono
Glad you approve. Hope you enjoyed the next chapter.
"Great as always. I would love a full Naru-Anko-Mikoto Lemon"
-GrimStormWind
As I can't even create a lemon between two people that I think is of high enough quality to add to Sealkeeper the likelihood of me trying to take on one with three is very slim indeed. Really wish I was skilled enough to provide you with one, its' simply beyond my capabilities at the moment.
"Why is it that the closest thing to a lemon we've gotten in an M rated story filled with sexual allusions and references is the torture scene of some random civilian? Either be sexual or don't, but deciding not to and then going into detail about the sexual assault and torture of some random npc while leaving the numerous actual ***scenes off camera is just bizarre in the worst way."
-Notsae
The main reason is as listed above, if you actually come to check this out, but I'll elaborate a little further anyway.
Sealkeeper has no lemons because I can't write lemons. What happened in chapter 150 was Sakura torturing a woman and the only reason it was sexual is because that's how Sakura treats it. As she sees Anko as a more mature and skilled version of herself, she's taken the woman as her role model and Anko strives to make all of her actions sensual in some fashion.
Sakura applies this to her killing and spends time "playing with her food" because it gives her a thrill and a feeling of power. In the end, all she was doing was looking for places to cut, cutting, and licking away the blood.
For Anko, that's pretty much foreplay.
"You have written so much weird stuff so you might as well end naruto's disdain to kushina by having ***That would be fun to explore the external reactions."
-DespicableDoubt12
Well, I can say with some confidence that a lot of my audience would absolutely love that. As it stands, however, I have no intention of bringing about such an event within this story. Naruto has no distain or negative feelings for Kushina, he's completely neutral. He doesn't like spending time with her simply because there are other things he needs to be doing that he either enjoys more or considers much more important.
The only times he's gone so far is out of a feeling of family obligation. In this case, I'm speaking of his family of Karura, Isobu, Temari, and Gaara. As Karura said her family would be joining the Uzumaki household for dinner he was loathe to make a liar out of her.
"Just a thought, what is going on now with the servants under Tsunami who are pilfering supplies and stuff without her knowledge?"
-Kordesha
As of the latest public chapter- 151 -they have yet to make any move or be fully discovered by Tsunami. She's found herself rather distracted as of late and while the palace continues to run smoothly she hasn't looked too deeply into any minor discrepancies.
