General Update

Hey everyone, it's been a minute since I've given an update on things. This post will be a long ramble of how things are going but TL:DR for those that don't have time to read everything:

Things are going good - more stuff on the way!

I wanted to start by thanking all of you for being here and supporting me. This month was my highest month in earning in all the years that I've been making content. While I'm still far away from where I want to be, I do believe its ever important to stop and appreciate the progress that's been made so far. I want to be transparent here and give you guys some insight. This image is a graph from the last 6 months for earnings here. The heavy downwards spikes are when I pause the patreon for a month or longer because of heavy life shit going on. That graph is a good reflection of my mental state during those times.

As you can see, I don't really make a lot in terms of money. I make a lot by patreon "standards" (not a whole lot of people get to this point) but as someone that lives in the US in CURRENT YEAR my annual income on this isn't livable. HOWEVER we are slowly getting there bit by bit and I couldn't do it without you guys. Seriously with all the shit going on in the world, it means so much that you guys help out. I've been able to afford therapy because of you guys and that's been doing lot for me since I started back in January. I've probably been in the best mental state I have been in years.

Off of that in terms of content here I'm still always working on stuff/getting new ideas. As I said in the last post, I needed a little break from animation as it can be a bit mentally exhausting at times, but my desire to create is still there so I have a few images lined up. The Briar piece was just posted, and there's a follow up planned. I also have an image with Marie Rose that's close to being finished, it'll probably be finished up and posted early next week. Aside from that I've been slowly chipping away at that Ina animation I've mentioned a few times. I'm thinking about doing a little "devlog" style posts for it, to help me stay on track and also to update you guys about progress and even sharing research information with you all. Not sure what the next short animation will be yet but you never know when inspiration strikes.
