My fever is finally gone and I've started hitting the gym again. I really let myself go last year and gained a bunch of weight to the point that I can't believe this is my body now.
I miss being fit, and it's not just that, I'm also so much weaker. I think that's why I get sick so easily now. So I decided it's time to be serious and finally get my old me back 💪 My current goal is to work out at least 5 times a week, an hour each time, and lose 5kg in the next 2 months.
