Added 2022-12-11 13:28:20 +0000 UTCWorking on an OC and taking inspiration from this fabulous dress I came across. I'm no fashion expert but from what I could gather, it was designed by a late French designer named Thierry Mugler for a collection in 1998.
Also, I'm planning to start a Discord server soon. Still trying to figure out how to do that, and I'm not exactly active on many servers, so do let me know if you guys have any thoughts or advice.
