Hello, amazing Patreon! We're in the last month of 2022. It's unbelievable how fast time flies when we work in what we love, namely "anime shaders".
So, today I bring you this interesting full break-down article about how the Anime shaders were created in Xenoblade 4.
BTW, please notice this is oriented to a game engine (with lights) affecting the models + their own character shaders to create interesting results.
As always, it's always going to come down to artistic choices, so don't beat yourself too much if you're not getting AAA anime shaders at first. I hope this article gives you new ideas!
