January 2019 has not gone as planned over here, and I think my video output kind of reflects that. I've just been feeling really overwhelmed lately, life has been doing its thing, and it's really effected my video-making. I think a big part of it has just been dealing with some burnout after making YouTube videos for... however many years it's been. My inactivity has been a huge bummer, because I wanted to storm into this year with unrivaled productivity. But it's been like pulling teeth.
But, I have video!

Now that I've FINALLY uploaded a new video, I'm hoping that kind of gets the ball rolling for me. I've got a lot of great video ideas that I'm excited to work on - I think you'll be happy with some of the upcoming video topics! 2019-01-21 21:08:56 +0000 UTCI feel ya, Moose. I'm a writer (31) and am in big burnout mode, and it suuuuucks. Feels like this holiday season was bad for everybody I know. That's how it is on the bitch of an Earth. I'd be down for more random VODs. Your IRL stream VODs are primo content for me.

2019-01-20 22:45:30 +0000 UTCP.S. I know that stuff is much much easier said then done, trust me. I've gone through a 2+ year slump because of depression and other things. This method worked for me, but only after a lot of trial and error, therapy, and perseverance. So you do you, and know that I think you're awesome either way!

For me, when I start to get into those slumps, I just have to force myself to do it even if I'm not enjoying it at first. The enjoyment comes back in time. Plus, not everything I do has to be productive, as in something I will release. Just do it, even if it turns out not great, at least you've done it and that tiny step is a start.

2019-01-20 22:41:37 +0000 UTCI said it on Twitter but I'll also say it here: I'd rather you made videos at your own pace, even if it's just one a month, rather than for you to go through a burnout and stop uploading altogether. So take your time, y'know, make sure you have fun making the videos because, then, odds are good we'll have fun as well. Haven't had time to watch it yet because I'm stuck at wooooork but I'll give it my full attention tomorrow morning :)
