Stuffed Rolled Steak - Retro Recipe Review - brutalfoods

I'm back with some new foods! This time I tried to find a recipe that actually looked like it'd make for a good eat! The comments are already FILLED with some (mostly) polite cooking advice, and I'm going to do my best to improve next time. It's fun to try the "wacky" foods like the banana mayo, but these videos are also going to be a great opportunity for me to learn some great kitchen things.

Anyway, next is a game video! Oregon Trail 4 won the Twitter poll I ran last night, but I'm having trouble finding locating the first disc... I've got 2 and 3, but where did 1 go?

A trick I found that works for chopping onions is having a small personal fan or, failing that, an overhead will do. Also, the pepper you had looked like an anaheim, though I could be wrong. This was so much more fun to watch than like the frozen meals and just your faces are fuggin priceless. Your stuff never fails to make me smile my dude

So much geek love here, between the MST3K shirt and the Homestar Runner reference. Fun stuff! By the way, as for the dryness of the steak, a lot of that was likely due to using a regular lidded pot instead of the dutch oven that the recipe recommended. Dutch ovens retain moisture better, and also heat more slowly and evenly. Still, looks like it came out all right overall. :)

Finishes video, walks into kitchen and cuts carrots vertically.

This video has given me no less than 2 new quotes for my slowly growing list of random quotes that I'll never use.
