Update 12+13

Hello everyone,

vote for Update 12 was won by Croatia+ so it will be done for this update.

In Update 11 will be added Finland+, Norway, Sweden, Iraq, DR Congo and Ghana.

• Finland+ - added levels 5/6, added more youth league levels

• DR Congo - added 1 level + cup + youth league

• Ghana - added 2 levels + cup + super cup + youth league

• Iraq - added 4 levels + cup + youth leagues (u21 + U18)

• Norway - added level 5, reworked Norway Cup so it is played autumn/spring, reworked youth leagues so any team has chance to get youth team to playable league

• Sweden - added level 5, corrected prize money, reworked youth leagues so any team has chance to get youth team to playable league

This week is more or less about Scandinavia, main nation is Finland, where levels 5 and 6 are added. There were bigger changes in official database, so there were some duplicates and some other things. Added are more levels of youth league where classically you will get automatically youth team in playable league when you reach certain level in adult pyramid. The youth system were changed this way in Sweden and Norway. In Sweden there are corrected prize money (TV money is part of it) according to newest information.
In Norway they changed back Norway Cup to autumn/spring format, problem is that in game it's little bit harder to make and it is done very weird way, so I kind of rework it my way. In level 5 in Norway some teams didn't finish the season so to those team I got negative points, so they are relegated like in real life.

There are two nations from Africa, in both countries are updated player rules and finances, DR Congo had again changes in format of their league, in both nations are added youth leagues.

Iraq is practically whole reworked, newly added si level 4, there is little problem with rules in lower leagues, because Iraqi football assocciation don't have website, so no documents and even in arabic I have problems to find something, so it's based more or less on first two levels, which both have some informations. Added are two youth leagues U21 and U18.

In Update 12 will be added Croatia+ with level 5 and additional youth leagues. With Croatia+ will be added Bulgaria and Greece + some nations from other continents.

Voting for Update 13 will have Denmark+ (level 9), Switzerland+ (level 6/7), Bolivia+ (added 2nd level with regional leagues), Bulgaria+ (full pyramid) and Brazil+ (adding Serie D + all State levels + youth systems).
