Bit ill since yesterday.

Neck strain, dizziness, I even walk like a zombie now as keep losing my momentum all the time certainly doesn't help. Meds I need to take daily for like several years by now ran out since 2 weeks ago because they just had to cancel appointment after the doctor resigned while never letting me know at the same time. Why care because it's not their problem so.
Please let me pause everything briefly.
