Andrew is allll over the internet! He’s great! I wish I could get a printout of his brain because he is so enlightening and knowledgeable.

Legitimately, thank you for this video. Andrew is a phenomenal guest, and his insights on parenting and how to teach skills vs attributes (in a sense of absolutes, or how to be), and how to comfort as well. I'm probably going to re-watch this honestly, and will carry these thoughts forward. Especially to avoid transferring generational trauma if possible if I do ever have kids.

I am mom, to my great nephew with Autism & extreme ADHD. There was a lot of helpful information in this video. I am generation X, we were raised on water hose, neglect and street lamps. My children are your age and what yall said about how you were raised was absolutely true. It's like a generational curse. We didn't learn much from our parents especially boundaries, so often time 'we' had no idea how to raise your generation. Most children Autism and ADHD become labeled with ODD (Oppositional Defiance Disorder) amd parents take that as "that's just my kid " but in all honesty it's 95% not, it's actually the parenting. We have had to change our whole world upside down to make sure he will not have it. I say that to preface that the information he provided is on point. Thanks for the video!
