It's a NIGHTMARE BUT, I became aware of this term only 3 days ago via an Instagram reel and OMG.. putting a name to this nightmare lifted a weight off my shoulders. I always believed that educating myself is the best way to grow as a person and understand myself better... And I'm now reading/listening/watching so many thing on limerence and, even though I'm obviously still limerent, it's becoming less heavy on me, if I can myself understood.
