Actually I thought it was adorable that he was so excited and during this whole chapter the only thing he talked about was how excited he was like you said haha if he publishes a book on limerance I think this chapter would be a great prologue

I LOVE that scene in the movie! Ha

The way you described your limerent-aligned feelings and thoughts for Stacy in the beginning of your relationship reminded me of the scene in “500 Days of Summer” when Joseph Gordon-Levitt’s character goes from walking down the street after a key moment with Summer, turning into a flash mob joining him, animated birds, and all to Hall & Oates’ “You Make My Dreams Come True.” lol

I appreciate your content Dr. Honda. I find it very intellectually stimulating. Your podcast helps me manage my ADHD symptoms so I can keep on task when I'm doing housework. That said, if I may offer some criticism, I found the prospect of this episode to be interesting, but there were points where I'd notice I spaced out for a while. After finishing the episode, I was left feeling like too much time was spent talking about why you want to talk about limerence, and trying to convince me why I should care about it, rather than digging into the actual information. It's just my opinion but I think it might be better to dive into the real information sooner, and leaving us listeners to decide if it is something worth learning about/watching. I.e. let the information speak for itself. Love your content and in no way mean to offend, just thought I'd share my experience. I plan on listening to the future chapters of the deep dive regardless 🙂
