Anxiety isn’t dangerous is such a useful thought.

Rachael Ray

Hey! I was wondering if you might be able to do a full length deep dive on C-PTSD? Apologies if you already have and I just haven’t come across it. I know these deep dives take a ton of your energy, research and time. I’m finding that there isn’t as much accessible information on C-PTSD. I’m also noticing an overlap with BPD and other behavioral disorders. I was wondering if you could make the differentiating factors between these a bit easier to understand? Thank you for these podcasts!
