This episode is so good. I see myself in this episode as a traumatized client. This is the 2nd I’ve listened to this and loved it just as much the 2nd time. Thank you Kirk!! ❤️

Wow, this episode was so good. I have been diagnosed with borderline but every therapist dismisses me when I say I think I have PTSD, because I don't fit the textbook definition. But I spent my entire childhood scared to death and completely terrified of my dad whose mood would go from happy-go-lucky to I'll kill you if you make a sound in seconds. Luckily, I've been to a lot of therapy and I'm in therapy and am getting treatment. But yeah, hearing you talk about PTSD and that whole body experience of terror was very familiar. Thank you so much for having these talks!
