The question mark tool is very helpful

I just almost completely sabotaged an amazing new relationship -best connection I ever had - because I had an abandonment crisis but he called me and reassured me he wasn’t going anywhere. The space I have been asked to give him is unbearable. I need to focus on the relationship with myself and get back to enjoying my own company so I don’t drift into SI. So uncomfortable. I can’t wait to make amends in 2025… if ever. It’s so depressing to keep destroying my life. I need a therapist like you.
