Please don't say you're old, you're young. Great episode as always, thank you. Kohut's theory makes complete sense to me. As a person wBPD, part of what helps a lot is age regression and the similar BDSM dynamics where the goal is reparenting. I think that's what therapists also do thanks to the transference process.
