We’re closing our Facebook page

We’re closing our Facebook page on January 1st, 2025.

This decision is a part of my effort to prioritize a healthier work-life balance and to focus on the platforms where I can best connect with you.

Sorry about this. I hope you understand.

You can still find us on: 1) Instagram, 2) Patreon, 3) YouTube, and 4) our website.

I will also be ending the Tuesday Tough or Bluff on January 1st, for the same reasons.

This has been a tough decision for me, since I am dedicated to my commitments and I hold tightly to tradition. I think I've been consistently posting TToBs since 2009, through thick and thin.

To be clear, I am 100% dedicated to the podcast and channel. I love making content, so that will absolutely continue as usual, in perpetuity.

FB: meh TTOB: darn! You prioritizing your life: yayyyy!

You‘re doing sooo much for your community and our mental health and you are always spending so much of your valuable time to interact with us (talk about the effort to answer every single e-mail). We know and appreciate that very much and I am happy when you are prioritizing your own well-being after the last couple of rough weeks a bit more. Please take care of yourself ❤️

Thank you for the update & pre warning! We all support & appreciate everything you do for us!

No need to apologize ♥️

Quality over quantity wins!

What a thoughtful message! What’s important is that you’re well, not the extra spaces in the already abundant PiS universe. 😄

I just saw the FB page feed notification that you were closing the FB page. This is unusual because I didn't get notified about most of the FB posts anyway. I wonder if FB, desperate because people are closing their pages, pushed that notification out widely hoping people would change your mind. (My conspiracy theory for the day lol.)

I didn’t even know there was a Facebook page. It’s an industrial wasteland over there so it won’t be a measurable loss of content. I’m also biased against social media anyway so I’m often happy to see it all go.

Ditto on the you deserve a healthy work/life balance, and thank you for everything you do; this content adds to my work as a therapist in a very meaningful way.

I'm happy to hear you're taking care of yourself. Don't worry, there are plenty of traditions in your work still.
