I think what I heard is that social work might be the best route if your goal is to have a fully booked in-person private practice—and to keep it viable even if you move (not taking into account video sessions). The thought is that social workers can bill Medicaid, which is important if you end up in an area where most of your private practice clients rely on it. But I might’ve missed something important (I was playing video games while listening—probably my favorite multitasking combo!). Thank you for the helpful episode!
