I have dreams of relapsing too. Every time I’m so mad and ashamed at myself like “I can’t believe I messed up again”. Then I wake up and I’m so happy I didn’t relapse, lol. It’s actually a nice reminder of “hey, don’t relapse because you’ll feel horrible about yourself!” 😆

Ok, about 20 mins in, Kirk mentions laughing so hard seeing Chris Rock in 1996. Just to chime in here, in the Sims 4, your sims can die from becoming too playful/hysterical/goofy. I guess it’s not too far fetched to think of.

No offense taken about Astoria! 😂 Sometimes people get a little too rowdy late at night at the bars.. so it goes!

Whitney Welker

Clearer? That's good to hear. I thought I was getting less clear with age. It could be post-production changes -- like, I've been favoring higher frequencies in the EQ and compression.

Psychology In Seattle

I'm glad to hear that!

Thank you!

Pure gold! So glad we didn't have to wait another 3 months before our buddy, Bob came back. I shared a lot of what you guys spoke about with my partner. We've been increasing our self-awareness and it's been helping us be better communicators with one another. Thank you!

OMG! I quit smoking 15 years ago and I have the same exact recurring dream

Wow! I got a shout out! Listen to this podcast everyday and it has helped me feel a lot more peaceful. ❤️ from Las Vegas.

I heard one of your old podcasts yesterday - bipolar cases. Your voice sounds so different now. It sounds clearer. Have you done any voicework ?

Lea

Good to hear your voices this morning! Nowhere to go today and a thunderstorm blowing in. Addiction sucks. I've been addicted to weed for 16 years (started my dad's wake, I feel a bit silly how obvious the connection is) but I hear people say that's not a thing with weed all of the time. The cigarette dream continuity reminds me of my floating dreams. I float up and touch the ceiling and remember all of the other dreams I've had since I was a kid where I did that and in the dream and often for a second when I wake up I feel completely convinced that I have always been able to fly.
