Online Bullying

Comments

I have some experience with getting mobbed but I see it as well from the perspective of a moderator as I mod a therapy related sub reddit and it's not uncommon at all unfortunately.

Thank you for talking about how you experience negative feedback. These kinds of things hit me deeply and I agree that it's not normal for the body to process that much. It's destabilizing even incorporating the techniques mentioned.

I'm listening at 1:07:33 and I feel neither burdened nore bored from you sharing your trauma. In fact, it makes me feel heard in that I have shared similar feelings. Knowing someone I admire as much as you has feelings like this too makes me feel less alone. I'm so sorry for what you went through and please know that many people are so grateful for your incredibly wise and empathetic insight. You do bring a lot of good into the world. Thank you for your intelligent and kind expertise

I just wanted to thank you Dr Honda, for making the reaction videos on the AH/JD trials. It was your knowledge, your fair perspective and dedication to be of help to all that got me to follow you and i became a fan since! I’m truly thankful you were trending that day, i guess thanks to the hating bots too. :)
