And Berto isn’t even on the same level as some of these folks out here doing everything they can to regulate other people’s bodies.

A line you said a while back in this deep dive (my wording is not exact) that “we have traumatized, hurting men in positions of great power” really stuck with me. It’s scary… I also appreciated Berto’s take on what it might feel like to have a child who is trans. I think it’s important to discuss these thoughts and feelings in a safe space and I appreciate his vulnerability and honesty, as always. Well done!

I'd be so interested to hear you do an episode on detransitioning, which seems to be a trending topic lately. What can we learned from those who have detransitioned? Are there situations where people are pushed into trans surgeries? I would say so based on obviously the Twin Flames cult, which was an outlier, but also a YouTuber who reported on a teen girl in a trans support group who said she had nightmares at the idea of undergoing such surgeries and the group leader just brushing it off, discouraging any discussion that would lead away from "Yeah sis just go live yr best life it's nbd yay!" There is a certain cultlike way of thinking among some of the younger far-left people that as a lifelong progressive I just can't relate to or support. Is that what Elon refers to when he talks about the "woke mind virus?"

Socializing online. Workaholism, locking himself in his office. Escapism fantasies. Nerding out on technical subjects. Maybe all that self-disclosure in interviews is not compatible with schizoid, but it is so awkward and inappropriate.
