I am really enjoying this series and very much appreciate Humbertos input. When I first started listening to your podcast a few years ago, I didn't really get Berto, but now I find him funny, incredibly smart and someone who has seriously impressive mentalizing abilities. He is the perfect person to co-host this series with you

I was surprised to hear Burma (Myanmar) mentioned! My husband is Burmese and grew up there. Fortunately we were able to move my in-laws to the US this year. They’re enjoying their new and safer life here.

I see your point. In my humble opinion, it's common for people (particularly old people like me) to unfairly judge modern naming conventions, so I tend to avoid making conclusions. Having said that, odd names can burden some children.

This episode was interesting. As for the neuralink employee, I would have liked to see more research there and less speculation. My memory may be failing me but in isaacsons book this was all discussed and the employee I believe got his sperm and did IvF so he wasn’t having sex with her to get her pregnant. Additionally the starlink stuff was pretty well covered in that book and how Ukraine was using the satellites for certain military purposes that had been prohibited in some way by starlink. There was a lot of nuance that I felt was missed and glossed over. I understand time constraints and I’m no Elon fan boy (though I do own two teslas) at all, but I would have liked to see more of a balanced approach on the neuralink employee especially.

I feel there’s a lot more to say about their child’s name. For one, I feel it’s selfish, as the child is sure to get mocked about their name at school etc. It suggests they see the child as their property, and an extension of their needs. If nothing else it suggests there are serious issues with Elon and Grimes ability to successfully parent.
