2024-08-13 15:08:38 +0000 UTCI would guess tough not based on causality, but occurrence at the same time, thinking of the plethora of reasons why a person would go under anesthesia while pregnant. I would guess other health based problems (somatic or mental) are more prevalent in that group too thus emerging behavioural problems of the offspring.
