I found this rerun really enriching. It struck so many chords for me. I find it especially hard to be late, to be a burden, to leave anyone waiting around for me and it impacts my life. I get frustrated but at the same time I feel envy of the people like Bob's therapist who are chronically late and appear at peace. I relate to Bob's feelings of not wanting to feel seen too.

Beautiful ❤️‍🩹 I totally relate to Bob's comments on needing to be in service for others and not acknowledging when they hurt you because it feels like it's just gonna make things worse.
