What you described here is often how I feel about things. Specially things that depend on stepping outside. I was diagnosed with agoraphobia because these thoughts kept me inside for 2 years. I'm still listening to this, and I haven't heard you say that is it called "catastrophizing" -- would you agree or is that different? Thank you.

Would you ever re-upload the first podcast with Hurberto and maybe you both can analyze the communication styles that occurred during that situation?

Leslie Cortes

What tools do you use for maintaining a to-do list? Can you share some wisdom about organizing your list?

Vinaya Ferris

I believe he does have a deep dive on grief

I’m so exciteddd!!!!!!! This episode is the reason I became a patreon.

I’d like to know how many others add previously completed tasks to their list for the dopamine boost of crossing it off! And does that help or hinder procrastination?

Maria J.

I wonder if Umberto's procrastination annoys Kirk so much because of counter transference.

Fantastic deep-dive. very relevant to me, I answered 5 to every question. Question: Perfectionist - self esteem: how to increase self-esteem? Do you have a deep-dive on self-esteem? Strengthen/Integrate your superego - you did an interview on IFS therapy. how much of this is helpful to it, do you think? Comments: I have somewhat of a problem procrastinating with externally imposed things, waiting until deadlines, for example. But i get it done. If it's an internally driven thing, wanting to do something creative, learning something I'm interested in that I might do for fun or a career growth, applying to a program I'm interested in, doctor's appointments, etc.. It's not getting done. Or it's getting delayed months (or years) after I wanted to do it.

I'll listen to this later

If you decide not to finish the book, would you ever do a podcast deep dive on grief? Yes, many other books have been published on grief, but I would really love to hear your perspective. Often the way you put psychological concepts into words helps me understand them better or see them in new ways. Not every expert in the field has that ability, which is why I would love to hear your discussion of grief.
