We can look at the Gabby Petito case. Not husband/wife but parents/child. They never stopped searching until they eventually found her body. Got people in the neighbourhood, their extended family, the police, AND press searching for her. This guy is barely able to pretend to be curious about it. 😬

I don't think she'd be naive enough to set him off like that...

It's a part of the Mormon religion

You know what would be interesting is to see a real, i.e., non-wife-killer interview with the partner of a woman who had disappeared side by side and see the differences!

Colette

Our cat went missing, was an indoor cat and escaped. She has been gone for a year and we still go look for her her and there so imagine if it was a loved one

Shauna

The town is West Valley City. It keeps bugging me when you say it wrong lol 😝

Emilee Jackson

Was the land frozen? If so, l don't think he would have been able to dig.

Everyone writes a journal?

Another reason Josh might have wanted custody would be that he didn't want to pay child support.

Lily

Interesting that Josh takes issue with the reporter saying Susan wasn’t feeling well. If he did poison her, it seems likely he’d want to combat the idea that she wasn’t feeling well to keep his poisoning her from even being an inkling in anyone’s mind.

Brooke Robinson

I would go back to the day of the visitation and kill Stephen before the kids arrived.

Emma Regan

Ok, just had a thought about why Josh panicked and switched his tactic from accident to hiding the body forever. On the evening of the murder, say Susan is coherent enough to realize that Josh has poisoned her. (Would she build up a tolerance to the poison/opiate therefore more is needed to sedate her than he thought?) And she tells him: Josh you’re so stup*d you’ll never get away with this, and people will know. I’ve told them you have a plan. Maybe she reveals to him she’s not hacked through his encryption, but somehow read his master plan in which she is murdered but it’s made to look like a biking accident. If he is hurt by her words, he may brutally lash out and have beat her to death. Anyway, that was a heavy thought to have.. I sympathize with everyone close to this case.

The idea of swapping the pancakes sends me to Rick&Morty universe/multiverse.
