Not sure on the numbers, but in the Boston area it’s extremely difficult to find a therapist who’s accepting new patients & will meet in person. Many who used to meet in person never went back to it after the pandemic.

It’s TOUGH! Most therapy was (and still is) mostly in-person. Overall, therapy use has increased by 39%.

Bluff- it wouldn’t surprise me if virtual increased 1000%, but I would think that in person has also increased due to growing mental health awareness and large companies increasing their EQ training and mental health resources.

Touch! Although I question the quality of therapy. The other day in Psychology Today’s Website I saw an LPC bio where they state that they specializing in “ Quantum Energy Healing”.

Bluff, the pandemic enhanced the need for therapy so both have increased.

Absolutely tough. I found a therapy office that will see my kiddo and they will ONLY see her virtually. It's...actually kind of frustrating but it's better than nothing.

Tough, 5 years ago we were the only company in my country that did online therapy, now the possibilities are endless
