The Psychology of ChatGPT

Comments

I wish this was about the psychology of ChatGPT rather than the math of it. I hoped to hear about, for example, what fantasies it may be addressing, the effect on the self and relationships etc.

Vaughan Dutton

Good idea! However, for me to do a proper deep dive, I need to digest a lot of information. AI and Wikipedia can spit out a lot of good detail, but it's dry and lifeless. Maybe in the future, AI will get better though.

Psychology In Seattle

Catching after a couple of vacation weeks where I did not listen to the podcast. I wonder Dr Honda if you could already use ChatGPT to accelerate your research to prepare for deep dives. It does not replace the need for research of course, but I wonder how much it would accelerate it! For the future, I can also see how you can train an AI to edit videos how you like them...imagine the time it would save you and the additional reactions you could make!
