Princess Koriand'r, in a state of crazed rage after being betrayed by her sister, destroyed the ship that was taking her to her captors and crashed on Earth. She went on a rampage before the Justice League had to intervene and managed to contain her. She was kept in a maximum security prison for a while before managing to escape. Having had time to think about what she wants to do, she's now trying to build a ship that will bring her back to Tamaraan to kill her sister and rule over her planet.
Roy / Red Hood
Roy is a world renowed hitman. He didn't chose the alias Red Hood, it was given to him as a joke by someone who had hired him once and stuck with people, to his great regret.
