The "little" is due only to her height, because she is a powerful tank of muscles who loves to show off her superstrength to men.
Mighty Boy is based on the superhero version of the Pink Panther from "Super Pink" Cartoon (1966), while Grace is based on "Amazing Grace" character from the Garbage Pail Kids collection.
