Just felt like doing an homage to old school animation where the toon get messed with by the "evil" animator. I couldn't decide if I should name the individual pages. If I ever make more of these, I'll decide then.
This toon is named Lila. I really should change her outfit at some point. Maybe let her hair down. She's been seen with her legs hanging out of a car window among other places in the past.
I realized later I could have named her Annie. I could have named this The Animator Annie Matter. But, if I do make more of these, they might feature characters other than "Annie" so dodged a bullet there, right?

Lila: What am I floating in a gray void?
Lila: Where’s the set?
Animator: This is just a character study. Not a scene.
Checking her face in a makeup compact
Lila: Oh, can I get a makeover? I don’t even have makeup on.
Animator: You want me to move some sliders?
Lila: Yeah, wait. What?
Nose is missing
Lila: My nose! Where’s my nose?
Animator: I bet you’d sound funny if you could be heard.
Lila: Ha ha. Put it back! You can’t just take my nose away.
Animator: True. Why stop there?
She has no face.
Lila: Wh--?
Bottom Panel
Animator: ha ha ha ha ha….ha ha ha
Head and hands disappear. (Bracelet is falling.)
Legs gone, torso falling. Shoes empty on “floor”.
Just an upper torso is left, a basket swings in and scoops up remains of Lila.
