MANIP - Mannequin in the Doorway, Follow-up

It was nine years ago (as of August 28) when I first made a manipulation called Mannequin in the Doorway, seen inset in the image above. When I found another image of the model in the same doorway, the follow-up was born. That was over two years ago. No rush.

It's hard to believe it was nine years ago when Sylvia miscast the transformation spell that turned her into a living merchandise display mannequin. (See inset image.) She ended up being stuck for an entire year as a mannequin.

It had been considered a terrible accident at the time. What was unexpected was the public loved scooting past the mannequin that blocked the doorway. In the years that followed, she's been the "Doorway Mannequin" every day. During a year, she might spend, at most, a few hours human to deal with paperwork and to call her mom to wish her a happy birthday.

Her favorite joke to tell, the rare times she is human, is that her job has her on her feet all day: 24/7/365.

The staff is a little weary of having to move her out of the doorway at night and back into place at opening every day. But, as long as people say they like seeing her there, she has a job.

This gig will inevitably end. With no living expenses, she has managed to squirreled away a sizeable nest egg for whatever she plans to do at that time. One of the perks she'll miss that no one knows about are the "accidental" gropings she receives kind of frequently. Of course, she would never admit that.
