Update to Patron Tiers

TDLR; If you’re signed up as a Tier 1, 2, or 3 Patron, your tier has been discontinued. You’ll be receiving a full refund for your pledges for January and February. You’ll still be listed in the next major project’s credits. If you want to pledge again, sign up with one of the new “Councilor” or “Magistrate” tiers.
Longer version: at the end of last year I re-did the tiers and pricing. Due to how Patreon works, I had to make new tiers as opposed to editing the existing ones, so I unpublished the original tiers (Tiers 1-3), and replaced them with the Councilor and Magistrate tiers. The plan was to delete the old tiers entirely after the next major video released and just crediting the people with the OG tiers separately. Fortunately, I found that Patreon lets me issue refunds on a monthly-basis, so that sounds the more practical option than having a hugely convoluted credits sequence.
In order to give people time to read this update and decide if they want to transfer to one of the new tiers, I’m going to wait until 3/17 before I delete the old tiers and issue all the refunds. I’m sorry that the whole process is a bit messy, but I didn’t like the old tiers, and the process of updating them is a bit tricky.
