New mechanic: Multicasting 🔥🔥

Multicasting chance varies from 1% to 25% depending on Luck, unleashing a second copy of the used magic attack, without any of the MP/HP costs the first one may have!
For the new thing, I've added a couple of chances to increase the multicasting %, like a new skill for reptiles (kobolds, dragons, and lamias)...
