The 'anime canon' and 'manga canon' thing is a little different from other cases. Many people end up getting confused and mixing things up. In Dragon Ball Super, for example, there are two canon: the 'anime canon' and the 'manga canon'. But in that case, these two universes, despite telling the same story, do not mix. Some anime events do not happen in the manga and vice versa. Boruto doesn't work like that. 'Anime canon' and 'manga canon' tell the story of just one universe. Everything that happens in the manga also happens in the anime canon and vice versa. There are moments of anime canon that are mentioned in the manga. They just weren't shown, but they all happened. As I said, you probably already knew that, but I just wanted to make sure that you are not confusing the structuring of Boruto with that of Dragon Ball that I mentioned. Love your work, dude.
