Doesn't matter how awesome Naruto is or if boruto knows it. He's mad at him for being absent in his life that's why he talks shit about him. Narutos power level is over 10000 but his fatherhood level is seriously lacking. He's gotta do what he's gotta do, but boruto being a kid isn't going to see that.

One cool thing to note. Naruto at this point is written like this because it is based on how the author of Naruto(Kishimoto) felt while he was writing Naruto where he had to commit full time to his job and had no time for his wife and children.

About the Naruto Hokage thing again, remember that Hiruzen had Danzo burdened with most of the work. Hiruzen was the actually the most active Hokage we saw, always around the village, with naruto, painting lmao, just doin stuff, but after Danzo died, you see (granted it is RIGHT before the war so it doesnt affect tsunade) that Kakashi has an ENORMOUS amount of paperwork pilled up when he becomes hokage. cause he doesnt have a Danzo. the reason kakashi is a lil more active than naruto imo is because hes smarter lol. so Naruto just has a SHIT TON of work (remember its a CITY now and not a village) and not a lot of help to do it.

Himawari hasn’t had any training, but she’s also special in that regard. It would pretty hard to believe that it would happen to both their kids tbh.

In the scene with Boruto telling Naruto about his eye. I could see it from both sides. On one hand, I don’t think it was wrong for him to question what Boruto was saying.. but on the other, he could’ve been more open to the possibility

I hope I’m wrong, but I honestly felt like they were kinda playing favoritism with Himawari over Boruto. Granted Naruto saw her Byakugan for himself, but they said it takes rigorous training to simply get it and as far as we can tell, Himawari hasn’t had any training??

You say that you don't like naruto's writing but bro just face it it's how he is. I can also blame Sakura's past annoyingness on the writers but I don't because that's just how she was. Period.
