ViBC 0.45 - public version

The public version of the game is now available for download. Thank you all for your support and feedback during the development process.
I also want to let you know that a serious bug that was discovered in the "b" version of the game has been fixed. This bug caused the game to end prematurely in the scene at the Stevens' house. If anyone encounters any issues with the game, please report them on the special channel on our Discord server. https://discord.gg/dvfdczZAHj
In addition to the major bug, several minor issues were reported on Discord and have been addressed in this version. Here thanks to #Calamity Joe for finding these errors. Your feedback and bug reports are incredibly valuable in helping me improve the game.
