It's the "It's the trailer" update...

A bit of a quick, but hopefully, interesting post this month.

So, Patreon on pause again but hopefully not for much longer now. The new working hours are in place in the real world job and so that should stop a lot of wasted "picking up and putting down" time moving forwards. A lot of time used to go out of the window that way as I scratched around and tried to recall where I was (especially on code).

Oh...yes, the trailer. So I rootled around and put together a bit of a trailer for you. Hardest part was knowing what to put in and what to leave out. Partly due to length (the original was over five minutes long....), partly to be able to comply with YouTube's conditions but also, and to quite a great degree, not having the Terminator 2 effect.

By that I mean, if you watch the film "cold", not knowing that Arnie is the hero this time around the director did a pretty decent job of not letting that slip in the first part of the film. The tension builds nicely all the way to the reveal.

Except in the  trailer for the film they gave that away...which was beyond silly - or at least was a very poor judgement call by someone.

So in putting this together I've tried to avoid that. Going so far as to do a bit of editing and re-running a couple of clips purely for this.

I never really trust YouTube to retain the video quality (it always seems to grain/fuzz them up for some reason) so I've also added a download link as well.

I hope you find it intriguing and can take a bit of comfort that there's been quite a bit going on despite the slings and arrows of outrageous fortune.

Obviously the $64,000 question is when is the release date. At this point, not sure. I'll know better in a couple of weeks and will update you then.
