Spell Masteries 3.0: The Paladin Update (60 new masteries, PDF and Spreadsheet)

My paladin oath is the Oath of the Obsessed because I think of new masteries in the shower, on the way to work, and even in the middle of my dreams (yes, I wake up and write them down)...
This update, I focused on Paladin. Unfortunately most of Paladin's spells are not SRD, which makes this tricky. I did write about a dozen masteries for some of those non-SRD spells, although none for the smites (since they already have Generic masteries in the PDF which can apply to any smite spell).
Divine Favor got 19 new masteries so I guess you could say I went a little crazy catering that spell to different playstyles... even getting so specific as to have unique benefits for underused weapons like Sickles, Light Hammers, and Spears.
I also integrated a number of paladin class features in the masteries to give extra class synergy. Lay on Hands, Channel Divinity, Divine Sense, among others.
