Auguries Arcana Update: New Spells + Masteries

Enjoy some arcane secrets with 4 new homebrew spells that are a bit less niche than some of my work, offering core tools for certain caster themes. The main reason for these spells is A) to have better options for these themes and B) so I can add masteries to such spells. For example, Thunderburst mostly exists because Thunderclap isn't SRD and also it isn't a great spell anyway.
