Put a block of feta, cherry tomatoes, purple onion, garlic on a baking tray with olive oil and salt and pepper. Then on another tray put chicken thighs with oil and salt and pepper. Put the chicken in for 15/20 mins at 180 then put the vege tray in and turn heat to 200 and have all of it in for another twenty mins. Then shred up the chicken and put it with the vege tray and mix it all about and stir that into pasta! Springy basil and lemon and Parmesan on top when done! Ugh so good
