Before and after pic 9 months post baby and 1.5 years post baby. At 9 months post baby I was back to the body and weight I had pre baby. But I didn’t mentally feel the best I could. What did I do different? Learnt how to eat high calories while still losing body fat, exercise in a way that nurtured my body for the now and sets me up for a better life when I’m old and not focusing on thrashing myself to burn calories,‘eating more WholeFoods and food nourishing my body and asking myself how will this make me

Feel not how will it make me look. We have this one body so try and move and eat in ways that help you be able to truly “live” in the future and now and not just exist. I want to say I know both are good pics and not saying I needed to lose weight from the first one at all. I’m more saying I wasn’t eating and moving in a way then or before baby in a way that truly cared and loved for myself but now I do and that’s the biggest difference. Podcast ep coming on this with the coach that helped me do it, anyone interested? :)

That is bonkers. It’s ridiculous how gorgeous you are. Looking like this is impressive in general, but nine months after a baby😮❤️

Good points about the calorie/quality of food vs energy expenditure workload needed to reach body composition goals especially with aging. I eat a clean diet (especially compared to most around me/age range) but a very large volume of food. If I get seriously injured or when I get older this could be an issue when I'm used to just outworking any amount that I eat. Like you mention it's a balancing act with listening to your bodies feeling and needs... Oh and what a hot body. Whatever you you're doing is working. You look great.
