This was my first time kick boxing in 9 months! So I’m slow and rusty. Feel free to laugh at me haha also training for a half marathon now as I decided training for the 10km was too fun so we did a little bit of strength training in the end that’s specifically good for running. This is what one of my days a week of training looks like,

Grrr....also walking/running in the rain is always fun, in a Type 2 version of the word. I would love to see more of your workouts too along with the usual fare.

You’re so badass. Would love to see more and maybe if you have a post-workout routine that too? Do you do an ice-cold bath after a long run? Seen a few influencers who have been doing marathon training use those after intense workout sessions.

Damn looking like Holly Holm with the padwork. Some crisp combos. Impressive after such a layoff. I bet since this is your first time training kickboxing/Muay Thai in 9 months you're going to have some DOMS in weird places the next couple days. People underestimate the amount of soreness impact based training produces. It's still funny to me seeing an Australian wearing Michigan college fits but you rock it.
