Whatever you decide, and I like the rotating time for us Americans, it is what is easiest and most convenient for you? If I can't make the live(s) I will definitely watch the recordings.

With these being the most convenient times for you and if you plan on doing multiple lives maybe you can alternate the am/pm for each one? I definitely think it's a really cool idea to do patreon exclusive lives so I'm glad you are, and will try to catch them if I'm able.
