Patreon Changes

Hello everyone!

I have finished both Hippogriff and also the scouts, they are ready to be supported. Instead of finishing them, I decided to work on the Mounted night elf hero (shared a WIP for the base on Instagram). The reason for this is that we are near the end of the month and I want to save as much time as I can (since I work alone), if I have a 3d print failure I will waste time cleaning the printer and things might not work within the last hours of schedule.

I will also have to release these miniatures and make the renders, so I need the miniatures done by then.

Now to the changes:

Loyalty Reward

• I received an e-mail from MMF about a new feature that can help manage Patreon Loyalty rewards on Tribes. I have sent them an e-mail to verify my current user group structure setup. From what I understood I will need to change my current structure. 
• The current structure for Groups  Year> and Month as subgroups. They require me to work with Month as a group. That means that every month I will create a new group, and this might affect the way you look for monthly releases.
• I probably won't be doing work backward, which means that you will take some time to see some changes. When it does, your loyalty rewards should be at My Rewards and not in your Library.

Patron Commission Rules

• Patron commission requests will be done by keywords as we did on the Imagine Minis 2 years anniversary. 
• The reason for this is that it's harder to know what the miniature is, to me it was a lot more fun to try and guess what you were requesting, I also think that it might be a bit easier to request them.

Selling Patron Commission Models

• Another change is that I will start selling these miniatures, they will also be obtained for free as loyalty rewards. 
• The reason for this: is that things are not going well for me, the growth of subscribers is not enough to keep the business running and I usually get questions "How much is this miniature?" and when I tell them they are only for subscribers I usually get "But I don't want to". Therefore these miniatures will be available for purchase and also as a Loyalty reward, people will choose their way to support my work. 
• MMF also is turning my miniatures as hidden because I cannot have miniatures without a price, that are visible to everyone and are not downloadable. They see these miniatures as Free and people do not read the text and report it as a bug. Doing this change will also fix this problem.

I made these changes as a way to improve, if you have any comments or other suggestions, please let me know.

When I get a bit more time I will re-write my Patreon's front page. It's been a while since I have touched it.
