This character is called Noorah and she is in charge of making most of the costumes for some of my characters ^_^. In addition to being a dressmaker, she's a shepherdess of alpacas (she makes the clothes with her wool) and a lover of Gilnean fashion *_*! Use her magic to make the most beautiful dresses (and stuffed animals)! This character started as a joke but I liked the idea so much that I couldn't resist! ^.^
